This site is designed to provide investors in Converium Holding (AG)
with information about settlement agreements recently entered into on
their behalf.
On July 28, 2008, Public Employees' Retirement System of
Mississippi and Avalon Holdings, Inc. announced that they had reached
agreements with SCOR Holding (Switzerland) AG, the successor to Converium,
and Zurich Financial Services ("ZFS"), Converium's former parent, to resolve
the claims of U.S. residents who purchased Converium shares on the SWX
Swiss Exchange or Converium American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") on the
NYSE during the period from January 7, 2002 through September 2, 2004
(the "Class Period") and foreign investors who purchased Converium ADSs on
the NYSE during the Class Period (the “Class Settlements”).
On December 12, 2008, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York approved the Class Settlements
and entered an Order and Final Judgment which ends the action.
In addition, settlements on behalf of foreign investors who purchased Converium shares on the SWX Swiss Exchange or any other
stock exchange outside the United States during the Class Period have been achieved, subject to approval by the Amsterdam
Court of Appeals. These international settlements will be administered through the Stichting SCOR Securities Compensation
Foundation. This website concerns the U.S. Action and related Class Settlements. For information about the international
settlements, please visit www.ConveriumSettlements.com.
